Questions: We would love to answer every question, but we do run into very specific questions that should be directed to your mechanic. We sell parts and you or mechanic install them. Please verify with the person installing it if it will fit or “do” what you need it to do, before purchasing.
Shipping: Our goal is to provide customers with swift delivery. Typically items will be shipped within one business day after payment has been received.
Return Policy: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the PayPal system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee, unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective.
Feedback: We value our feedback rating tremendously – besides the fact that it allows us to judge how satisfied our customers are, it affects our seller status, which allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. We leave feedback after we receive it, because we don't consider the transaction complete until our buyers have received their order and are satisfied.
