SHIPPING TIME
We attempt to ship same day, if possible. (Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.) Orders received over the weekend, usually ship by Tuesday. Under certain circumstances there are a few items that require more prep to ship. Large or awkward sized items need to be protected, so they could take 7-14 days to ship out (especially large metal items).
SHIPPING CHARGES / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are in a location that requires more shipping/freight charges than we have charges estimated for the item(s) you have purchased, we reserve the right to send you an invoice for the difference. We will also allow you to cancel your order, if this amount is not acceptable to you. Due to credit card fees we can only refund 95% of the total amount if the order is canceled. Please ask for a freight quote before checking out, to avoid this.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
ORDER MINIMUM PO
Our international minimum PO amount is $150 due to extra paperwork/time required for these orders. Please ask us before checking out as we may not be able to provide a full refund (due to PayPal fees).
EXPORT LICENSING
Some of our parts listed online may need an export license before shipping. We have the capabilities to apply for a license and will notify you if needed. Our export license fee is $100, unless your order is over $650. Please inquire with us about your order before checking out.
FREIGHT ITEMS
We will send freight shipments to official commercial addresses or leave them at a freight terminal for you to pick-up. ALL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A CONTACT NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. If you request a residential shipment there will be additional fees to be paid by you, before the item leaves us. We will be glad to quote you those charges by request.
RETURNS
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, an item that is damaged, or an item that is not working, give us a call at 706-798-7500 or send an email to Josiah@SecoGlobal.com. We will correct the mistake in the best way possible. If the item appears to have been damaged in shipping, please save all boxes and packing material. This will allow us to make a claim with the shipping company. Generally, we do not offer returns on electrical items. A 25% Restocking Fee will be applied to a return of any item. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
CONDITIONS
We are a government surplus dealer. Our parts are all New, New Surplus (sometimes called “NOS” - New Old Stock), Overhauled, Remanufactured, or Used. We will indicate what the item condition is under each listing, if the item is anything other than New or New Surplus.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed through our website. Due to credit card fees not being reimbursed, there is a 5% fee for cancelling an order. If we have already pulled the parts and they are ready to ship there is a 10% fee for cancellations. If we happen to be out of stock of an item or cannot supply the ordered item, then there is no cancellation fee.
TERMS OF SERVICE
ACCOUNTS: When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current
at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the
immediate termination of your account on the Service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SECO Parts and Equipment. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
